This role requires a high standard of customer service with the ability to problem solve and identify trends. In addition, the Inbound Referral Specialist must have an eye for detail and ability to accurately pull data from multiple platforms. This person must demonstrate the ability to take ownership of work at the individual level as well as know when to be a team player. The Inbound Referral Specialist will report to the Manager of the Service Center. This role will also be cross-trained on all service center functions and be expected to support the technical assistance of our provider network and participants based on departmental needs and individual performance.
