    AbleTo is hiring a Client Account Manager to support account growth and lead implementations, starting with one of AbleTo’s largest health plan clients. Activities include guiding client and internal functional teams through the implementation process and ensuring all critical workstreams track successfully against the launch plan. The Manager will partner with the account team and serve as the primary day to day contact for the client during implementation. The role will require collaboration with multiple internal and external resources, including but not limited to: the account team, informatics, engineering, product, legal, and clinical operations. This individual will be accountable for a successful program launch and an effective internal transition to operations and other internal groups.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the Account Executive to gain an understanding of client needs, proposed objective, and internal processes to successfully support the client growth and manage the client implementation
    • Oversee all implementation work streams with client and internally at AbleTo, ensuring all activities track to projected launch plan
    • Serve as day to day account contact and provide reporting
    • Support to Account Executive on strategic growth initiatives
    • Lead cross-functional teams through solutioning the challenges that may arise during an implementation
    • Coordinate complex activities with internal teams at AbleTo, including but not limited to operations, informatics, engagement center, finance, clinical, and network operations to ensure successful implementations
    • Enable successful  transition of client setup to other functions within AbleTo

    Qualifications

    • BA or BS degree required
    • At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, payer preferred
    • At least 3 years in successful client services and/or complex project management based role
    • Capacity to map, design and implement processes that involve multiple stakeholders and/or functions
    • Excellent collaboration skills and proven experience working with various levels and functions of an organization
    • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to successfully prioritize numerous responsibilities for multiple projects, with effective and timely follow-up
    • Ability to set customer expectations, communicate internally to ensure tasks are on schedule, and offer recommendations to mitigate risks
    • Independent and comfortable with minimal support in a dynamic high growth organization
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • A natural curiosity, desire to learn and drive to achieve results
    • A genuine desire to serve others and passion to help those in need
