AbleTo is hiring a Client Account Manager to support account growth and lead implementations, starting with one of AbleTo’s largest health plan clients. Activities include guiding client and internal functional teams through the implementation process and ensuring all critical workstreams track successfully against the launch plan. The Manager will partner with the account team and serve as the primary day to day contact for the client during implementation. The role will require collaboration with multiple internal and external resources, including but not limited to: the account team, informatics, engineering, product, legal, and clinical operations. This individual will be accountable for a successful program launch and an effective internal transition to operations and other internal groups.
