    The HRBP will use a proactive approach to consult with management on People and Culture related issues, anticipating  related needs, and developing successful integrated solutions.

    Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities Include:

    • Implement customary  programs to help the business attract, retain and motivate talent. This includes: performance management, talent management, awards and and culture assessments, strategies and plans to deliver an outstanding employee value proposition.
    • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
    • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
    • Provide day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
    • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
    • Provide HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
    • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning.
    • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
    • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of success of training programs. Follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
    • Act as a resource and advisor to clients on all areas of human resources matters including but not limited to performance management, coaching, new hire on-boarding, termination, employee handbook creation, investigating complaints, leave of absences, integration and company policies and procedures.
    • Support human resource processes and procedures to ensure accurate, timely and consistent customer service delivery to clients.
    • Coach clients on employee relations matters including employee concerns, management of performance issues, exit strategies, selected recognition, etc.
    • Act as an expert on policies, procedures, employment law, and fundamentals of all core areas of HR.

    Qualifications

    Requirements Include:

    • Life-long learner with minimum of 7 years of experience of various HR elements or 3 years of HRBP experience.
    • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to work through conflict management.
    • Proven success to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
    • Self-directed and motivated, taking initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation.
    • Relevant Technology industry experience is a plus.
      • Capable mentor, coach, and partner; able to inspire trust, build credibility, and create successful relationships.
      • Skillful mediator; adept at navigating sensitive situations.
      • A great communicator able to convey information in a clear, focused, concise, and engaging manner.
