    Are you an experienced Atlassian Administrator ready and “AbleTo” take ownership of our growing implementation. We currently utilize Jira Core, Jira Software, Jira Service Desk and Confluence across multiple business units and are looking to expand rapidly across the enterprise and beyond to efficiently serve all of our internal and external customers. We have also implemented multiple 3rd-party add-ons for Agile Behavior-Driven Development, Compliance & Risk Management, and IT Service Management (ITIL) to name a few.     Primary Responsibilities:

    • Day-to-day management and administration of JIRA and Confluence including workflows, spaces, user accounts, custom fields, dashboards, reports, security schemas, issue schemas, project creation, etc
    • Manage application access and security
    • Manage add-ons and integrations
    • Work with stakeholders to determine ways to optimize/improve JIRA/Confluence setup and workflows
    • Develop metrics, dashboards and advanced filters to provide end-users and business leadership with meaningful operational/performance metrics and status reports
    • Provide end user coaching, training and support
    • Documentation of procedures and configuration


    Position Requirements:


    • At least 3 years of experience supporting Atlassian suite of tools.
    • Experience with Jira administration, customization, and training in an on-premise environment
    • Experience with Confluence administration, customization, and training in an on-premise environment
    • Official Atlassian certifications like JIRA Administration is a plus
    • ITIL Foundations is a plus
