    This is a temporary position with possible conversion to employee status within 6 months

     

    AbleTo, Inc. combines best-in-class patient engagement with behavior change treatment programs that allow health plans and plan sponsors to improve health outcomes, while lowering overall spending, for high-cost medical populations. Benefitting groups include heart patients and diabetics, as well as those suffering from depression/anxiety and chronic pain. All sixteen of our programs utilize best-practice protocols and are delivered nationally by teams of licensed therapists and behavior coaches. Program participants experience improved health, better recovery and in the case of heart patients, fewer hospitalizations.

    Responsibilities

    • Respond to questions from providers and participants about issues such as treatment schedules, health plan benefits, and billing
    • Conduct research on AbleTo’s scheduling and billing systems, as needed, to obtain answers to provider and participant questions
    • Support provider network, participants, healthcare member services and other departments (i.e.) Engagement Center, Clinical etc.) with application support, user and other system support
    • Assist in product development to create efficiencies as it relates to this position
    • Scheduling treatment sessions
    • Other administrative tasks as needed

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • Experience with healthcare benefits
    • Prior customer service experience preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Bilingual Spanish speaking skills a plus

     

    Experience:

    • Superior customer service delivery skills
    • Adept at learning and using computer systems
    • Ability to work across the functional areas to resolve issues
    • Discipline and organization to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Demonstrated comfort addressing support requests for application, system and tech support issues
    • Personal ownership of assignments and responsibilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to plan, execute, check results and improve on a continuing basis
