AbleTo programs are clinically proven to improve both behavioral health and medical outcomes while lowering overall spending for higher-cost, higher-risk members. 

    Responsibilities

    • Outreach to prospective members and engage them in a discussion around program benefits and enrollment
    • Adhere to established conversation guidelines to engage, connect, and educate prospective participants about program options and benefits
    • Schedule appropriate Initial Consultations to result in a Quality and Meaningful experience for the prospective participant
    • Utilize AbleTo systems to update call history and participant Initial Consultation scheduling
    • Handle participant questions and objections
    • Handle participant call-backs (from voicemails left)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in an outbound call center selling services to a diverse group of individuals
    • Excellent verbal communication skills – ability to clearly articulate complex information to a varied audience
    • Self-motivated team player with multitasking abilities
    • Proven sales results and selling skills
    • Superior customer service delivery skills
    • Empathetic and sincere
    • Superior rapport building skills
    • Organized self-starter
    • Adept at learning and using computer systems – familiarity with CRM systems
    • Efficient as using Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Demonstrated work ethic
    • Focused, driven to achieve

    Hours:

    12:00pm to 8:00pm EST Monday through Friday

    10:00am to 6:00pm EST Saturday

    Schedule is 4 weekdays and Saturday (40 hour work week)


    Schedule Note:

    The first 2 weeks of employment are Training and the work hours will be Monday-Friday from 10am-6pm.

    Beyond the training period the hours are as stated above. Training is paid.

     

    Following a 6 month period of consistent excellent performance this may be a work from home position.

     

    Upon the acceptance of an offer to enter into this agreement, AbleTo requires the satisfactory completion of reference and background checks and successful completion of drug testing in accordance with local, state and federal laws.
