    AbleTo, Inc. combines best-in-class patient engagement with behavior change treatment programs that allow health plans and plan sponsors to improve health outcomes, while lowering overall spending, for high-cost medical populations. Benefitting groups include heart patients and diabetics, as well as those suffering from depression/anxiety and chronic pain. All sixteen of our programs utilize best-practice protocols and are delivered nationally by teams of licensed therapists and behavior coaches. Program participants experience improved health, better recovery and in the case of heart patients, fewer hospitalizations.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide daily administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to:
      • managing user setup, profiles, and roles
      • customization of objects, fields, record types and page layouts
    • Maintain Salesforce sandboxes and insure they are up to date and functional
    • Triage tickets that get created and collaborate with Salesforce team on priority of work
    • Maintain data dictionary and perform data validation and hygiene
    • Support the Salesforce Manager by performing data updates on a daily, weekly and adhoc basis
    • Assist in Salesforce release readiness by reading, understand and implementing best of every salesforce release

    Qualifications

    • BA in Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, or other related discipline
    • 2+ years work experience is strongly preferred
    • 1+ years salesforce administrative experience
    • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly
    • Strong written and verbal skills from both business and technical perspectives
    • Hands on experience using data manipulation tools I,e Data Loader, Workbench
    • Salesforce Admin Certification and working knowledge of Lightning UI a plus
    • Position requires coverage of some nights and weekend on call work
