    AbleTo, Inc. combines best-in-class patient engagement with behavior change treatment programs that allow health plans and plan sponsors to improve health outcomes, while lowering overall spending, for high-cost medical populations. Benefitting groups include heart patients and diabetics, as well as those suffering from depression/anxiety and chronic pain. All sixteen of our programs utilize best-practice protocols and are delivered nationally by teams of licensed therapists and behavior coaches. Program participants experience improved health, better recovery and in the case of heart patients, fewer hospitalizations.

     

    Members of AbleTo’s Technical Operations team work behind the scenes to keep everything up and running smoothly. The team uses their talents “for good” and is responsible for supporting the technology that is used by all parts of the company including the infrastructure that powers our programs.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate the performance of an IT Service Management team.
    • Facilitate ongoing implementation and maturity of ITSM service lifecycle processes.
    • Establish and manage technology service provider agreements.
    • Ensure the performance and availability of on-premise & cloud service components, including networks, applications, operating systems and databases.
    • Establish and maintain the enterprise technology service catalogue.
    • Establish and maintain SLAs for efficient disposition of all service request types, serving as overall escalation point for IT service incidents, problems and changes.
    • Manage monitoring and alerting systems to ensure SLAs for service system performance and availability.
    • Envision and encourage automation and self-service solutions, empowering end users to diagnose and resolve problems independently.
    • Facilitate a collaborative environment with cross-training and staff development.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience.
    • ITIL intermediate level certification preferred, practitioner certification required
    • 6+ years of demonstrated overall technology management experience
    • 3+ years of demonstrated database management experience
    • 3+ years of demonstrated IT Service Management (ITIL) experience

    Competencies:

    • Knowledge of Networking Concepts: VLAN, NAT, TCP/IP, HA, UTM, POE, VOIP, QOS, OSI.
    • Experience administering production Linux systems: Ubuntu / RedHat / CentOS.
    • Experience administering enterprise Windows Server and Active Directory.
    • Experience providing IT support to remote end users
    • Ability to think strategically, plan, execute, measure results and drive continuous improvement
    • Strong technical background with excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Professional attitude and demeanor with great team collaboration skills
