    AbleTo, Inc. combines best-in-class patient engagement with behavior change treatment programs that allow health plans and plan sponsors to improve health outcomes, while lowering overall spending, for high-cost medical populations. Benefitting groups include heart patients and diabetics, as well as those suffering from depression/anxiety and chronic pain. All sixteen of our programs utilize best-practice protocols and are delivered nationally by teams of licensed therapists and behavior coaches. Program participants experience improved health, better recovery and in the case of heart patients, fewer hospitalizations.

     

    AbleTo is hiring a Client Solutions Architect to work closely with prospects and clients to facilitate and translate business requirements into a high value solution that can be designed and implemented from a standard services catalog. Reporting to the SVP of Strategy & Solutions, this individual will support and drive internal functional collaboration and approval of the service delivery and technology required to deliver high-value, client centric solutions. They will also act as an interface with the product, implementation and delivery organizations to ensure the effective transition of services and to determine appropriate service delivery requirements and related costs. This individual will act as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution to our prospects, clients and internal functional teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with the sales, account management, operations, engineering, clinical and product teams to assist with the development and presentation of our value proposition for our enterprise prospects and clients
    • Support due diligence and enterprise wide working sessions in order to translate buyer’s functional and business requirements into a solution offering, solution plan, proposal and cost estimates; leverage standard process methods, deliverables, and the right set of capabilities to deliver our services at high quality
    • Assist on the qualification of assigned opportunities and pursuits
    • Collaborate as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution to the client buyer(s), industry leadership, functional and business owners
    • Clearly define the input required to create cost estimates; work with the Sales and Account Management team and SMEs to determine the overall value proposition; provide input to the deal team on BD spend estimate, schedule, work plan, resource/sourcing plan
    • Support the delivery sign-off of the solution with proper input from relevant SMEs on client business objectives, industry and clinical goals, risk assessment, budget and preferences

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree required
    • Healthcare experience preferred
    • 5+ years experience in sales support and solution development
    • A mix of hands-on technical/consultative solutions and offerings
    • Product development and implementation management experience a plus
    • Project and change management skills
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well in an entrepreneurial environment
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • A natural curiosity, desire to learn and drive to achieve
    • A genuine desire to serve others and passion to help those in need
