    AbleTo, Inc. combines best-in-class patient engagement with behavior change treatment programs that allow health plans and plan sponsors to improve health outcomes, while lowering overall spending, for high-cost medical populations. Benefitting groups include heart patients and diabetics, as well as those suffering from depression/anxiety and chronic pain. All sixteen of our programs utilize best-practice protocols and are delivered nationally by teams of licensed therapists and behavior coaches. Program participants experience improved health, better recovery and in the case of heart patients, fewer hospitalizations.

     

    The VP of Clinical Network & Operations oversees the provider network, currently consisting of over 500 providers covering all 50 states, ensuring that our providers are delivering measurable quality care to our patients in a fully compliant manner.  The position also manages the functions that support AbleTo’s nationwide provider network, including provider capacity planning, recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, payroll, and application support. S/he will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve and refine existing processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversees all clinical operations with a focus on capacity and quality care delivery
      • Manages team of Sr. Director, Clinical Managers and Program Advisors who oversee the care provided by clinical and coach network.  
      • P&L responsibility.  Works with Finance to develop and manage budget targets for the provider network and clinical operations, identifying ways to leverage scale to improve quality and efficiency
      • Based on growth projections, establishes capacity plan, including recruiting and cross-licensing targets by state, provider type, and language needed to meet treatment demand.  Oversee provider credentialing, provider onboarding, and training. Partners with VP of People on provider recruiting, compensation, engagement and retention strategies.
      • Responsible for meeting clinical quality performance metrics on a consistent basis.  
      • Provides leadership and professional guidance to the clinical operations and clinical services teams, with focus on professional development of team members  
      • Responsible for the continuous improvement of network management, establishing and managing key performance indicators for the provider network
    • Responsible for meeting client and regulatory compliance requirements
      • Partners with Compliance and Senior Clinical Director to maintain all accreditations (i.e NCQA CVO, URAC Telehealth, ASWB ACE etc.  
      • Works with Compliance and the Sr. Clinical Director to run and pass all client audits and meet all client contractual performance SLAs
    • Participate and actively contribute to design of new clinical delivery program for specific lines of business (e.g., Medicaid, Medicare) or populations (e.g., students) or comorbidities (heart condition).  Operationally support implementation of new programs, and strategically evaluate implications for network, technology platform, and support operations.
    • Acts as a liaison with Product Development to ensure AbleTo’s clinical platform effectively enables the provider network (process improvement and effective roll-outs of new products across the network)
    • Works cross-functionally with various AbleTo departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective coordination with support functions
    • Leads implementation of key strategic clinical initiatives (e.g., cross licensing plan, provider satisfaction survey, improving the participant experience)
    • Other projects, as needed and assigned

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience:

    • Masters Degree in social work, health administration, or business administration
    • 8 to 10 years in a senior clinical operations role in a healthcare environment

    Licensure: Licensure in the behavioral health field is preferred
