The Training and Development Lead is responsible for the effective onboarding and ongoing development of AbleTo’s 100% remote workforce of mental health clinicians. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing all new hire training and working with Clinical Leadership to perform remediation and ongoing training as needed. He or she will develop innovative and engaging multi-media training content incorporating best practice instructional design principles and adult learning theories. He or she will create a strategy to manage training needs in a fast moving and growing company that can accommodate frequent changes to the service delivery processes and system.
