    As a Client Solutions Associate, you will play an active role in all aspects of new client development, from sales to launch. This includes participating in client and internal discussions, managing client timelines, and assisting with completion of client deliverables.

    Responsibilities

     

    What you’ll be a part of

    • Support day-to-day implementation for new clients ready to launch, which includes:
      • Developing strategic analyses and client-facing materials
      • Assisting with the tactical aspects of launch both internally and with the client
    • Support key growth initiatives through strategic project management and partnerships with other business functions
    • Work directly with all levels of internal departments (such as Marketing, Product, Operations, Data Science, and Finance), including our executives
    • Work closely with client counterparts to assist in launching new client business
    • Assist with business development and sales support

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Attention to detail
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams
    • 2-3 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably in consulting, with 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare field preferred
