    AbleTo software engineers build and design effective front-end web experience applications that will support our business.  The engineering team is committed to agile value delivery and solid engineering principles, as well as continuously improving our craft.


    • Architect efficient and reusable front-end solutions driving complex web applications
    • Participate in refactoring and rewriting our client-side application architecture
    • Solve challenges on the edge of old and new front-end technologies
    • Develop and maintain sufficient test coverage for all features
    • Optimize performance heavy parts of existing applications
    • Mentor less experienced developers

    • 5+ years hands-on front-end focused software development
    • 3+ years hands-on experience with modern frontend component based frameworks (Vue, React, Angular)
    • 2+ years hands-on experience with front end state management (Vuex, Redux, Flux)
    • 3+ years of testing and TDD, with libraries such as Mocha/Chai/Jest/etc.
    • Very strong understanding of core Javascript without third-party libraries and/or frameworks; especially prototypical inheritance and the orchestration of multiple asynchronous API calls via callbacks, promises, and async/await.
    • Experience creating or maintaining large Vue applications with Higher-Order components, Redux, and React Router



    • Expert knowledge with JavaScript.
    • Expert knowledge with HTML5, CSS3, JSON.
    • Expert knowledge of mobile-first responsive web development.
    • Strong knowledge of modern javascript frameworks and node.js is a plus.
    • Deep understanding of UX/UI and grid responsive designs.
    • Graphical sense of design, ability to take sketches and turn them into working UI.
    • Experience with MVC frameworks.
    • Experience working with internal and third party RESTful APIs. Websockets is a plus.
    • Ability to write clean, scalable/modular code through source control. Git required.
    • Good communication skills, ability to mentor and work collaboratively.
    • Highly organized and with great time management skills.
    • Experience with React and/or VueJS is required.
    • Back-end programming languages (PHP) knowledge is a plus.
    • Experience with event driven and lambda architecture is a plus.
