    AbleTo Software Architect will cross the different components of business, information, and technology architectures that will be used to solve our organization’s problems and opportunities. As a solution architecture you will focus on the details and solution technologies to address a specific business problem.


    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Participate in planning, definition, and high-level design of the solution and explore solution alternatives
    • Actively participate in the Continuous Exploration process as part of the Continuous Delivery Pipeline, especially with enabler Epics
    • Define subsystems and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to subsystems, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions with solution context
    • Work with Product stakeholders to develop, analyze, split, and realize the implementation of enabler epics
    • Plan and develop the Architectural Runway in support of new business Features and Capabilities
    • Support technology/engineering aspects of sprint/release delivery (coaching, debugging, coding, etc)
    • Provide oversight and foster Built-In Quality and security principles


    Position Requirements:

    • Ten or more years of professional, hands-on experience in a combination of software engineering and solution architecture of complex or enterprise systems
    • Demonstrated solid understanding of scalable technology architectures
    • Working knowledge of current topics in software architecture, e.g. evolutionary architecture, autonomous domains, domain driven design, service-based architectures, service mesh, containerization, test automation, end-to-end testing, CI/CD, etc.
    • The successful candidate must be able to research complicated, complex problems and offer coherent and relevant solutions quickly.
    • The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in many technical domains, including but not limited to C#, Javascript, TypeScript, NodeJS, Angular, public cloud technologies, container technologies, and deployment systems.
    • They must possess a dynamic communication and presentation style, appealing to a wide spectrum of personalities.
    • Certified Secure Software Lifecycle professional is a plus
    • The candidate must be able to think in terms of cause and effect, with the ability to identify the root cause of a problem, establishing focus for the solution.
