    Responsibilities


    • Develop and support AbleTo’s patient facing brand ID, value proposition and messaging to support AbleTo marketing to patients and our clients’ ( health plan) members and plan sponsor’s employees.

    • Responsible for creation and execution of AbleTo Patient/Consumer strategic marketing plan, including strategies and tactics to support B2B2C efforts (through health plans and employers) and patient acquisition and retention

    • Effectively manage the AbleTo patient marketing annual budget and execute to drive return on marketing spend. This includes patient acquisition, improving retention throughout AbleTo patient journey and supporting the marketing efforts of AbleTo’s clients with their members ( B2B2C - Health Plans and Employers)

    • Create and develop targeted channel strategies based on AbleTo patient journey and segmentation

    • Advise the CEO and other members of the Management Team on all patient/consumer marketing activities

    • Lead and develop relationships with key third-party agencies, vendors and consultants needed to support annual consumer/patient marketing plans.

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience



    • Bachelor’s degree required

    • Masters degree in relevant field desired

    • Deep understanding consumer/patient marketing in the Healthcare industry, specifically experience with large national payers and Blues plans and its marketing functions and partner relationships

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in patient/consumer Marketing positions in Health Plans (national payers preferred) required.

    • Proven track record building and managing patient marketing and patient acquisition campaigns

    • Multichannel marketing including digital, social and patient direct marketing experience in an health plan environment is desired.

    • Experience in leading quantitative and qualitative patient research and insights work with external vendor

    • Experience in managing agencies and vendors in patient marketing and campaign development and management

    • Demonstrated ability to manage a team that includes both creative and marketing automation personnel

    • Ability to decode and simplify complex messages
