    Responsibilities

    AbleTo is looking for a Product Manager to join our NYC based product team.

     

    1 in 5 adults are likely to struggle with their emotional or mental health each year, and due to lack of access and high cost, less than half of those struggling with get the care they need.

    AbleTo is on a mission to help people lead happy, healthy, productive lives. We are a virtual network of mental health providers delivering personalized treatment via phone and video chat. Our online platform is making integrated collaborative care a reality with seamless communication flows among patient, therapists, physicians and health plans.

    Awesome, then you might be the Product Manager we’re looking for.

    As a Product Manager at AbleTo you will:

    • Lead the hypothesis driven development of our patient experience, validating ideas through competitive analysis, developing surveys, recruiting for and moderating user testing, prototyping and more.
    • Own a portion of the product roadmap, including writing user stories, working with stakeholders to capture feedback.
    • Collaborate closely with architecture, engineering and quality to iteratively define/refine our key business capabilities, ensuring delivery of the highest value for our customers.
    • Work through ambiguity, with an ability to work to tight deadlines, and lead multiple moderately complex customer initiatives.
    • Provide product leadership to a cross-functional team to implement and drive product to market through full development cycle, ensuring product/service meets business requirements.
    • Set quarterly OKRs to monitor results of your product initiatives, and communicate those results out to stakeholders and leadership

    Qualifications

    We’d love to talk more if you have…

    • 2-3 years' experience in Product Management in a similar role
    • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a closely-related field
    • Experience with healthcare technology for patients and experience in a multi-channel product ecosystem (e.g., desktop, mobile, video chat, SMS, email)
    • Experience using analytics to derive actionable insights across the user journey, propose initiatives and deliver actionable results.
    • Experience in a highly distributed scaled agile team using Kanban or Scrum
