  • Overview

    AbleTo, Inc. combines best-in-class patient engagement with behavior change treatment programs that allow health plans and plan sponsors to improve health outcomes, while lowering overall spending, for high-cost medical populations. Benefitting groups include heart patients and diabetics, as well as those suffering from depression/anxiety and chronic pain. All sixteen of our programs utilize best-practice protocols and are delivered nationally by teams of licensed therapists and behavior coaches. Program participants experience improved health, better recovery and in the case of heart patients, fewer hospitalizations.


    The Program Advisor has primary responsibility for overseeing the delivery of tele-behavioral health services by a team of licensed therapists and behavioral coaches to AbleTo participants throughout the country. The Program Advisor will ensure that AbleTo providers are supported and prepared to provide AbleTo programs and will monitor and address performance issues on an ongoing basis.


    • Oversee a team of AbleTo providers and ensure that providers are prepared and able to provide AbleTo programs to participants across the country
    • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new providers to the AbleTo community
    • Provide leadership to providers in the AbleTo community through focused, high quality training and education initiatives
    • Ensure that all providers on team are performing at a high level, are engaged in their work at AbleTo, and are compliant with AbleTo standards and evidence-based protocols
    • Ensure that all providers on team are utilizing industry best practice to meet the needs of AbleTo participants including those with medical and behavioral health complexity and risk factors
    • Develop strong relationships with providers, gather feedback about their AbleTo experience, and implement plans to support and improve service delivery
    • Lead clinical or cross-departmental projects in support of AbleTo’s strategic objectives.
    • Other duties as needed



    • Master of Social Work with a license to practice clinical social work in a private practice setting (LCSW or equivalent).
    • Six years of clinical practice with three to five years of supervisory experience.



    • Knowledge of health information related to adult health and mental health
    • Ability to work as a team member
    • Ability to provide leadership to teams within an evidence-based framework
    • Leadership qualities that serve to inspire and motivate teams
    • Excellent clinical understanding of adult mental health
    • Understanding of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing
    • Ability to maintain flexibility in a dynamic environment



    • Unless hired as a remote position, this role requires a minimum of 2 days on site in the corporate office based in New York City, as well as working two evenings in order to accommodate provider network needs.
