    You will support the Clinical Operations team in supporting our network of Behavioral Health Therapists and Coaches (Providers).

    Duties will include:

    • Updating/maintenance of team site + migration of materials from provider site to team site 
    • New provider welcome packet development Creating a clear rubric / crosswalk for all clinical and credentialing requirements for clients, NCQA, URAC, etc.
    • Compiling a state by state matrix of clinical compliance needs / regulations
    • Supporting rubric to compile requirements for maintaining Aimee's licensure
    • Support with onboarding (e.g., checking in to welcome providers to the network, troubleshooting, calls to support submission of correct credentialing information, etc.)
    • Support on cross licensure: reaching out to providers to check in on status, collecting and sending materials, etc.



    • Current enrollment in a undergraduate or graduate program
    • Prior customer service experience preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


    • Superior customer service delivery skills
    • Demonstrated excellence in research and operational process
    • Ability to work across the functional areas to resolve issues
    • Discipline and organization to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Personal ownership of assignments and responsibilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to plan, execute, check results and improve on a continuing basis
