Overview

AbleTo combines best-in-class patient engagement with behavior change treatment programs that allow health plans and plan sponsors to improve health outcomes, while lowering overall spending, for high-cost medical populations. Benefitting groups include heart patients and diabetics, as well as those suffering from depression/anxiety and chronic pain. All sixteen of our programs utilize best-practice protocols and are delivered nationally by teams of licensed therapists and behavior coaches. Program participants experience improved health, better recovery and in the case of heart patients, fewer hospitalizations.

 

Our Engagement Specialists are responsible for engaging prospective participants (individual consumers) who have been identified through data analysis to likely benefit from our program offerings. The Engagement Specialist conducts participant outreach, explains program benefits and services and enrolls prospective participants. 

 

Hours:

12:00pm to 8:00pm EST Monday through Friday

10:00am to 6:00pm EST Saturday (no Saturdays in the summer)

 

Schedule is 4 weekdays and Saturday (40 hour work week)

 

After an appropriate period of training and excellent performance this position may become a 'work at  home' position. 

Responsibilities

The Primary Responsibilities:

  • Outreach to prospective members and engage them in a discussion around program benefits and enrollment
  • Adhere to established conversation guidelines to engage, connect, and educate prospective participants about program options and benefits
  • Schedule Initial Consultations, as appropriate
  • Utilize AbleTo systems to update call history and participant Initial Consultation scheduling 
  • Handle participant questions and objections
  • Handle participant call-backs (from voicemails)

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years work experience in customer service/sales
  • 2-3 years work experience in inbound/outbound call center preferred but not required
    Or
  • Associates Degree or minimum 2 years college course work
  • 8+ years experience in customer service/sales in related field
  • 5+years experience outbound call center
