Overview

AbleTo, Inc. combines best-in-class patient engagement with behavior change treatment programs that allow health plans and plan sponsors to improve health outcomes, while lowering overall spending, for high-cost medical populations.  All sixteen of our programs utilize best practice protocols and are delivered nationally by teams of licensed therapists and behavioral coaches. Program participants experience improved health, better recovery and in the case of heart patients, fewer hospitalizations. 

 

This role focuses on leading AbleTo’s initiatives in the areas of Marketing and Communications, enhancing our awareness, penetration and relevance among different constituencies in the Healthcare industry. 

Responsibilities

  • Define and direct our Marketing and Communications positioning and messages
  • Identify and map all relevant constituencies and their roles in the Healthcare industry with a focus on B2B communications to payer and employer customers of AbleTo.
  • Create and develop targeted channel strategies
  • Establish our value proposition to each type of player in the industry, aligning it with their respective business models and goals
  • Enhance our relevance to Key Opinion Leaders
  • Ensure that AbleTo’s prospective clients and partners know who we are, what we do and how they can benefit from a relationship with us even before our Sales team connects with them
  • Create and execute Marketing and Sales tools that facilitate our introduction to and negotiation with different stakeholders in potential client organizations
  • Support AbleTo’s Account Management team in their efforts to expand our portfolio of services and revenue within existing clients
  • Devise market intelligence processes that can anticipate evolutions and changes in the marketplace that impact our competitiveness
  • Advise the CEO and other members of the Management Team on all Marketing and Communications issues
  • Lead and develop AbleTo’s Marketing and Communications team, third-party agencies, vendors and consultants

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
  • Masters degree in relevant field desired
  • Deep understanding of the Healthcare industry, its players and business models
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing leadership positions in Healthcare, preferably having executed marketing plans directed towards payers and employers.
  • Proven track record building and managing Marketing and Communications teams and vendors
  • Ability to decode and simplify complex messages

  • Ability to plan, execute, measure results and drive improvement on a continuing basis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
