Overview

AbleTo, Inc. combines best-in-class patient engagement with behavior change treatment programs that allow health plans and plan sponsors to improve health outcomes, while lowering overall spending, for high-cost medical populations. Benefitting groups include heart patients and diabetics, as well as those suffering from depression/anxiety and chronic pain. All sixteen of our programs utilize best practice protocols and are delivered nationally by teams of licensed therapists and behavioral coaches. Program participants experience improved health, better recovery and in the case of heart patients, fewer hospitalizations.

The Account Executive provides day-to-day support to one or more account managers and directors within the Account Management team. He/she will have responsibility for tracking, reporting or formatting program level data into communication pieces for purposes of communicating with AbleTo clients.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an operational point of contact for matters specific to assigned projects
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering timely and effective solutions, materials or deliverables in support of the client account plan and clients’ objectives
  • Build and maintain meaningful and valuable relationships with assigned clients.
  • Assist in building and delivering the required materials to support client communications and operational or outcomes reports
  • Forecast, track and report key account metrics using company client account management tools
  • Conduct research and propose solution(s) to the Account Managers and Directors for issues that may arise with client accounts, files or reporting
  • Assist with high priority or escalated requests as needed

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in a business-related field
  • Interaction with large client accounts or other relevant experience; preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate account activities effectively across the organization
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and follow-through skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail based on customer need
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be able to work independently and across the organization
